Pumpkin Pie

1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
1/2 C. sugar
1/2 t. lemon extract
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 425 deg.  In large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except pie shell; mix well.  Pour into pie crust and bake 15 min.  Reduce oven to 350 deg and bake 30-40 min. longer till done.
