Sweet Potato Crunch

3 C. mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 C. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
4 T. butter
1/2 C. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine and place in buttered casserole dish.  Cover with topping.

Topping:
3/4 C. sugar
1/3 C. melted butter
1 C. chopped pecans

Bake at 350 deg for 45 minutes uncovered.
